All products are available exclusively by pre-order and proforma invoice. Direct online purchasing is not available.

2. Orders and Payments
Each paddle board is custom-made and tailored to the buyer’s preferences.
After submitting an inquiry, we will send you a proforma invoice with details on pricing, delivery time, and payment methods.
Production begins only after full payment or an agreed deposit has been received.
Prices are listed in EUR and may or may not include taxes (please specify details).
We accept payments via bank transfer.
3. Production Time and Shipping
As each product is handcrafted, the estimated production time is 3 to 5 weeks after payment is received.
Once production is complete, the product will be shipped to the agreed address or made available for personal pickup.
Shipping costs are determined individually based on the buyer’s location and the shipping method.
We offer worldwide shipping. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
4. Returns and Complaints
Due to the nature of the product (handmade and custom-made), returns are not possible, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.
In the case of a justified complaint, we offer repair or product replacement.
5. Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials for all wooden paddle boards, provided they are used and maintained correctly.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, inadequate storage, or natural elements (e.g., extreme weather conditions).
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from the use of our paddle boards. Users assume full responsibility for their usage.
